Each Entry Must Consist of:

* Completed and signed application entry form (or photocopy). All signatures must be original.
* CD(s) or audio cassette(s) containing one song only, five minutes or less in length.
* Lyric sheet typed or printed legibly. No sheets-lyric or music are required.
* Check or money order for $20.00 per song (U.S. currency only) payable to The Kickapoo Valley Acoustic Music Association. No credit cards are accepted. Payment will be accepted by check or money order.
* Applications MUST be postmarked by AUGUST 10, 2008 and received at this physical address (KVAMA SONGWRITING CONTEST: P.O. Box 111, Coon Valley, WI. 54623) by AUGUST 11, 2008 or your song will not be entered in the contest. Songwriters will be notified on (or around) August 14, 2008 at the KVAMA website (www.kvama.org).
